Founder Story
Perica Eliel, Founder
Agoge Enterprises was founded in January 2024 by Perica Eliel, who holds a bachelor’s degree in educational sciences (Agogische Wetenschappen en Onderwijskunde) and relaunched in 2026 after an organizational rebranding. With years of experience as a student counselor, dean of students, training coordinator, and social researcher, Eliel created Agoge Enterprises to bridge psycho-social support with sustainable socio-economic development.
In short: to bridge the shores of complex interactive human behaviour and the dynamic societal environment with the needs of personal sustainable development.
