Welcome to Agoge Enterprises. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

Agoge Enterprises provides coaching, training, consultancy, and research services focused on sustainable empowerment and self-regulation.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the session fee.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies and frameworks (including the Adaptive Balance Cycle) remain the intellectual property of Agoge Enterprises.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname.
