Facebook or other social links on this site are ordinary outbound links; we do not embed tracking pixels from those platforms on our pages.

6. How long we keep data

  • General enquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing relationship
  • Client / service records: for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by Surinamese law, professional standards, and legitimate business needs (typically up to 7 years for financial records)
  • Server logs: according to the hosting provider’s standard retention (usually a limited rolling period)

7. Legal framework & international visitors

We are established in Suriname and process data in line with applicable Surinamese data-protection rules and our professional ethical standards. If you contact us from the EU/EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions, we handle your enquiry data as a controller responding to a request you initiated. Where those laws grant additional rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection), we will honour reasonable requests sent to contact@agoge.sr.
